Make your order as per normal. We will inform you the postage fee through email.
Your item(s) will be delivered by SingPost. It will take around 3 to 4 working days. Take note that all items are delivered as Registered Article. You will be given tracking number to check the status of delivery. Once the goods are delivered, we will NOT BE responsible for any occurences on the item(s). We guarantee that all our items are damage-free and of 100% good quality upon delivery.
* If you do not want to use Registered Article service, inform us through email and we will deduct SGD 2.24 from the postage fee. Tracking number will be no longer available. Take note that we WILL NOT hold any responsibility if the item(s) are lost during delivery. NO replacement will be given at any circumstances.
How to order:
1) Click on Order Form on the left side navigation.
2) Fill up the order form with your personal info, details of the item(s), mode of delivery and mode of payment. DO NOT make any payment yet.
3) If you want to make an order of more than 1 item, separate the items' details with "/". For e.g. Item Code: 70000bl / 60000pn / 30000gr
Quantity: 1 / 2 / 1
4) We will revert to you if the item(s) are available, and we will advise you the total price.
5) As soon as you receive our invoice, make your payment within 3 working days through DBS/POSB ATM transfer, DBS/POSB online transfer, or Paypal. We will only process the delivery after full payment is received. You will receive an online receipt.
6) You will be able to receive your item(s) within 3 to 4 working days upon receiving online receipt.
7) In the event where the stock is not available, we will make an order to our supplier. This whole process will take up to 4 weeks. It will only commence upon receival of full payment.
Exchange/return policy:
Item(s) sold are non-refundable.
Ambina only deliver item(s)that are defect-free prior to delivery. We ensure our item(s) are free of any defect from the moment we received them from our suppliers, till we pack it, and deliver it to you.
We only allow exchange made under these circumstances:
1 - Wrong item sent to you: We will resend to you the correct item at our cost. In case no stock is available, you can choose other items of the equal or higher value, or you may wait for up to 4 weeks for us to order the same item from our supplier.
We don't allow exhange, if:
1 - Items returned are not in its original state and packaging, already worn, washed or altered.
2 - Due to sizing issues as measurements are already provided. Kindly ensure measurements provided fit your body size before making your order.
3 - We receive your request for exchange more than 3 days upon you receiving your items.
