Kinsale Investment Concludes
RICHMOND, VA and GREENWICH CT - February 2, 2018
The Moelis Capital Partners investment in Kinsale Capital Group led by Greg Share has formally concluded. Over the course of the relationship, Ambina Partners Chairman Greg Share served as chairman of the board of directors of Kinsale and was involved in its growth from start-up to multi-billion dollar company. Ambina made an investment in Kinsale in conjunction with its IPO and continues to remain a shareholder of the company.
