InvestorFlow Announces Merger with Cloud Theory and $30 Million Series A Raise



The transformative transaction creates leading deal and investor engagement platform for the financial services industry

Menlo Park, CA – April 7, 2022 – InvestorFlow, Inc. (the “Company”), a leading provider of cloud-based investor portals for alternative asset managers announced today that it has merged with Cloud Theory, Inc. (“Cloud Theory”), a leading cloud-enabled enterprise Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) software platform for alternative asset managers and investment banks. The Company also announced a $30 million Series A investment from Ambina Partners, which will help accelerate the combined company’s continued growth.

Following the closing of the merger, the new company will be called InvestorFlow and will become a leading deal and investor engagement platform in the financial services industry with headquarters in Menlo Park and offices throughout North America. InvestorFlow serves over 150 clients including 25 of the top 50 alternative asset managers, with over $3.5 trillion of assets, 750 funds and 90,000 LPs on its combined platform. InvestorFlow will continue to serve customers across the financial community, including Investment Banks, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Credit, Hedge Funds and Real Estate. This new class of technology and streamlined offering will provide flexible and easy-to-use solutions for customers’ needs at a time of increasing complexity in fund management.

Industry veteran Todd Glasson, current CEO and Founder of InvestorFlow, will lead the combined company as Chairman & CEO. Cloud Theory’s CEO and Co-Founder, Brian Marchand, will serve as Chief Product Officer and Minseok “Min” Kang, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Cloud Theory, will serve as Chief Technology Officer.
